My number one priority is keeping everybody safe and healthy, whilst providing my usual top quality treatments. Please understand this is a strange time for everyone, so we must look after each other. There will be no cancellation charges, I’d rather everybody be safe and take extra caution, even if you need to cancel 5 minutes before your appointment!
- Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough? Do you have a high temperature? Have you noticed a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste of smell?
If you (or somebody you live with) have any of these symptoms, however mild, please stay at home and reschedule your appointment. I do not want to put myself or any of my clients at risk, however small.
When you arrive for your treatment you must wash your hands, and please bring and wear your own mask. I have masks available if you forget. From August 8th, the government has declared that it is mandatory for clients to wear a face covering to their appointment. I will be wearing the required PPE during all treatments. Treatments on the face are not yet allowed, so unfortunately your brows and lashes will have to wait!
Appointments will be staggered to ensure no overlap and to give me ample time to fully sanitise and disinfect the salon and my tools. I have developed a system, using previous knowledge and new coronavirus specific training, to ensure top salon quality hygiene and safety.
As I work alone I have the advantage of not having the struggle of maintaining social distancing between multiple people, and I know all the hygiene procedures are done to my standard, and this creates a safer environment for everybody. Also, I still take card payments, including contactless and Apple Pay!
